TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms. No surprises.

Effective July 19, 2026

The service

LayerMargin provides planning tools for estimating 3D-printing costs, selling prices, margins, monthly goals, and production capacity. You remain responsible for checking your inputs, marketplace fees, taxes, licenses, product safety, and local obligations before relying on an estimate.

Free and Pro access

The core calculator is available without charge. LayerMargin Pro adds Profit Studio and the Pro capabilities identified as available on the pricing page. A member account remains active when Pro expires or is canceled, but paid features are unavailable unless the linked monthly or yearly subscription currently grants access. Features may be improved over time, but LayerMargin will not present an unavailable feature as part of the current paid plan.

Subscriptions

Pro is an automatically renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price displayed before checkout. Stripe processes payments and provides receipts. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the already-paid period.

Billing questions and refunds

If a charge appears incorrect, use the support contact on your Stripe receipt. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its security or availability, automate abusive requests, access another customer’s billing session, or use LayerMargin in violation of law or third-party rights.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Estimates are not accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, LayerMargin is not responsible for indirect losses or business decisions made from inaccurate or incomplete inputs.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will change with material revisions. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
